1. Who we are

Provenship is a SaaS platform that computes maritime emissions compliance obligations for fleet operators. This privacy notice applies to the public marketing site at this domain.

2. What this marketing site collects

Nothing personal. We do not run third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no PostHog). We do not set tracking cookies. We do not embed marketing pixels. Server access logs are retained for 30 days for operational debugging and are not joined to identity.

3. What we collect when you email us

Your name, email address, and message content. We use those to reply, and we file the correspondence in our business inbox. We do not pass it to a marketing automation tool.

4. The SaaS platform (post-login)

When you become a customer and sign in, the platform processes fleet operational data (bunker delivery notes, voyage records, vessel particulars) and your user account data (email, role, MFA secrets). That processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement executed with your organisation, not this marketing notice.

5. Data residency

EU customer data is targeted to AWS eu-west-1 for the production deployment (planned). We will not move EU customer data outside the EU without prior written notice and the appropriate Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

6. Your rights under GDPR
