1. Pre-GA

Provenship is pre-general-availability. The marketing site exists to describe the platform and to invite methodology review by qualified buyers. There is no self-serve checkout, no clickwrap acceptance of commercial terms, and no public API on this domain.

2. Commercial terms

Commercial terms (subscription, DPA, SOW, support) are negotiated per customer and executed via BoldSign on a per-contract basis. The pricing page is indicative; the binding price is the one on the signed order form.

3. Use of the marketing content

The content on this site is provided for evaluation. You may reference the EMSA reconciliation numbers in procurement evaluations with attribution. You may not scrape the content for resale or for training derivative models without written permission.

4. No advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, accounting, or verifier advice. The methodology document on request is an engineering description of the engine's calculations, not a regulatory opinion.

5. Liability

The marketing site is provided as-is. We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. Contractual liability lives in the SOW, not here.

6. Governing law

To be specified in the SOW. The marketing site itself is hosted in the European Union.
